Apologies to spirit for the headline but I am sure they will be fine about it. Good service apart from myself {chair person ) calling Sharon , Karen (twice) and sorely tempted to call Kim, Roy.
Very good philosophy and some good evidence given by these two lovely ladies. They know where they want to go and how to do it and with spirits help and encouragement they will succeed.
