No, he will not be wearing a tracksuit. When Phil is working in his church capacity he is always dressed appropriately.
And apparently helping police to combat crime does not work. The crook as DUN describes this despicable person got away with a caution,and the victim has to write a letter to this crook and ask him if he would like to compensate her for the criminal damage he caused to her car
