Monday Meditiation

It's Monday the 20th April

So at 7pm there will be peace and quiet at Park Grove and an opportunity to forget your problems or possibly resolve them!

This is the place for new and regular meditators to get some practice being in the silence; by sitting in a warm (Yes boiler is working!) and friendly environment.

    Wont be able to attend meditation but I will do my own meditation at home at 7 and this may be interesting to see if I still come up with common links with the group. Please give my apologies to the group.
    My daughter wants to cook a family meal and asks for once could I give meditation a miss lol ! As she will be leaving home soon and she has gone to so much trouble I thought better do so !

    Thought I would share meditation with the group see if any other similarities arose - very mixed - had moon, earth, pyramids, all going to a church, all in a circle but David was the leader and all of us in group were given pen and lined paper and told to " write your own philosphy". I managed to fall asleep too so just as well I stayed at home and meditated lol! Shazmo behave get back to your books!

    looking at the times it appears that Shazmo must have been typing after coming back from clubbing!

    Well Mike did see a big King Cobra behind me the previous time!

    Kim - there were similarities - going to a either a hillside/mountain where there was a divine presence at the top & surrounded by people i.e in a circe below

    Might be a good thing that we each start writing our own philosophy and see if there are any overlaps

    ps suggested to the group to have a go at home next Monday & that there will be a group on Monday the 4th May
