    Pity there is not a lot of meditation though. Feel there is a need to get the structure back. We should meditate then discus the meditation.

    Hi Old Timer

    We will be meditating next week :)

    As it is a Meditation AND Discussion group

    The idea is to encourage balance and variety so Discussion mainly one session followed by mainly Mediation the next.

    However there will allways be the opportunity to vary this on the evening - nothing is in stone

    I would also appreciate meditation every fortnight and then discussion, meditation is so beneficial !
