The last Sunday morning service of 2008 will be taken by the church secretary Carol Ellis. Carol is the backbone of the church and does stirling work in making sure that the cogs of Park Grove are well oiled to allow the doors to stay open.
She will not thank me for saying this ,but it is the truth.Along with her work in our church she has work with Spirit all over this country and abroad. I can honestly say that she rarely has a day off from her church and other work.It is always a bonus to have her working at Park Grove.
The evening service sees the return of Jackie Sweeney, (now Dandy I believe) This is another return to the church and is always a pleasure to see her work. Last time she brought her husband with her and he gave an excellent philosophy, so it all augers well for Sunday.
The chairpersons for the services are : Morning -- Phil Spillane and Evening -- Jack Wynne Williams. Hope to see you there.
