Stranger in the Open Circle

Do you know this man. Lately he been seen at both the "Open Circle" and the Sunday night service. It is alleged that he has to duck to get into the Church doorway, and until recently needed a haircut. Often seen talking to Jack Wynn Williams, and is a pot of tea a day drinker.
He likes biscuits as well, especially the churches'(hence being at the 6pm Sunday Service) You are advised to approach this man in a friendly manner, as he is in reality a great guy. His name is Steve and despite the "Hills have eyes" look is a very, very nice man. Cheers Steve see you Sunday.
